Scurrah Associates

The Company was established in 1998 by Wayne Scurrah following extensive forest management and timber marketing experience gained from working within the forest industry.

The Company directly manages in excess of 5,500 Hectares of privately owned woodland within the North of England. Our Client base includes large Private Estates, Farmers, Land Agents and Private woodland owners.

We have built our business on the strength of our working relationships with our Clients. We pride ourselves on delivering professionalism throughout all operations, whilst offering a personal touch which our Clients value.

We will only use sub-contractors whose workmanship, values and service levels match our own. We work with an open book approach – there are no hidden charges and all fees are discussed with clients in full before any work is carried out. Quotes are always free and without obligation.

Accreditations

We market our Clients timber through  a  ‘Chain of Custody’ management system audited by Control Union.

We manage our Clients woodland under a Group Forestry Certification Scheme – UKFCG.
